Welcome to Okanagan Agile, a local group of people in the Agile software community. We typically meet in person on a monthly basis to share what what know and to meet other like-minded people.
Our general pattern is that we have a short topic and a lot of conversation.
No particular experience level is expected. Whether you're an experienced agilist or just curious to learn what it's all about, you're invited to join us.

Mike Bowler will be talking about metrics, the good and the bad. What we can learn from them, and how they're often misused or gamed. Examples will be shown from JiraMetrics although you don't need to be using Jira to get something of value.
As always, we're looking for more of a discussion than a lecture, so come prepared to share what you know.
We host these events at some local restaurant, which changes monthly. The only cost is that you do have to pay for your own food and drinks. :-)
